Payment Information

• When is tuition due?

  • Tuition is due by the 5th of each month.

  • It will be added to your account on the 1st of the month.

• How can I pay?

Late Fees

• If tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month, a $25 late fee will be added.

• If tuition is unpaid for two months, $25 late fees will be added each month.

Important Notes

• Statements will be sent via parent portal on the 25th of the month

• Full tuition must be paid every month – even if the month has only 3 classes or has 5 classes.

• If last month’s tuition is not paid, your child cannot attend class.

• If tuition is unpaid for two months in a row, your child’s spot in class will be given to a dancer on the waiting list. You will still owe the full balance.

• Your account must be at $0 balance before your child can:

  • Receive costumes

  • Perform in shows or events
