Welcome to Inspire Dance MD — where passion meets purpose, and every dancer shines! Please review and sign to acknowledge the policies below.

Registration & Enrollment

  • Enrollment is available year-round, pending class availability.

  • A non-refundable registration fee is due at enrollment to hold your dancer’s spot.

  • Class placements are determined by age and skill level.

  • New families may try a free trial class before committing.

Tuition, Billing & Payments

  • Statements will be sent via parent portal on the 25th of the month

  • Full tuition must be paid every month – even if the month has only 3 classes or has 5 classes.

  • If last month’s tuition is not paid, your child cannot attend class.

  • If tuition is unpaid for two months in a row, your child’s spot in class will be given to a dancer on the waiting list. You will still owe the full balance.

  • Your account must be at $0 balance before your child can:

    • Receive costumes

    • Perform in shows or events

  • Payments are due on the 1st of each month; a $15 late fee applies after the 5th.

  • Accepted payments: debit/credit, cash, zelle and parent portal online payments.

  • Auto-pay is available and encouraged to avoid missed payments.

  • Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • A 10% sibling discount applies to families with multiple dancers.

  • Accounts over 30 days past due may pause class/performance participation until current.

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

Regular attendance is essential to your child’s progress in dancing. However, if your child is absent, their class may be made up in another class in which students are of the same age as well and level. There will be no deductions or pro-rating of tuition for missed lessons, regardless of reason.

If for some reason, you withdraw your child from classes, the office must be notified in writing at the time of the withdrawal so your account may be adjusted accordingly. Charges will continue to accrue until such notification is made.

  • Consistent attendance is essential for progress and group choreography.

  • Arrive on time and ready to dance; warm-up is required for safety.

  • Please notify the studio in advance if your dancer will be absent.

  • Missed classes may be made up within 30 days, pending space and instructor approval.

  • Repeated absences without communication may affect performance eligibility.

Withdrawals

  • A 30-day written notice (via email) is required to withdraw from a class.

  • Tuition is due during the 30-day notice period, regardless of attendance.

  • If withdrawal occurs after costumes are ordered, the full costume balance remains due.

  • Refunds are not issued for partial months.
